Randy Mullinax serves the 3,600 Georgia Baptist churches as a state missionary on the evangelism ministries team with the Georgia Baptist Convention. Born and raised in the small south Georgia town of Quitman, he now lives on Hog Mountain near Dacula. He previously served as the pastor of growing churches for 30 years and as the Director of Evangelism/Discipleship with the Illinois Baptist convention before accepting the invitation to serve in his home state.
Through partnerships with various state conventions and the North American Mission Board, it has been Randy’s privilege to preach and teach in churches of all sizes across North America, in most every kind of community and culture. He has a longing for Georgia Baptist churches to experience true revival and to become disciplemaking communities of faith that impact our state and our world.
Randy is married to his best friend, Jeanne, and they have two grown children. Avid Georgia Bulldog fans, they enjoy travel, outdoor adventure and all things beach related.
